Description
Melgisorb Plus: Product Overview
Melgisorb Plus is designed to absorb large amounts of wound exudate. As it absorbs, the alginate fibers form a soft, moist gel that creates a moist environment, which is essential for wound healing. The gel can be easily removed by irrigating with 0.9% saline.
The dressing is soft, pliable, and conformable, and it can be cut to shape to fit various wound types. It is non-sensitizing and intended for use on a wide range of wounds, both infected and non-infected.
