In vitro testing shows that the transparent film provides a viral barrier from viruses 27 nm in diameter or larger. Can be cut and customized to desired length and shape. Easy to apply with gloved hands. Breathable film lets oxygen in and moisture vapor out. Conformable film flexes with skin for greater patient comfort. Radiologically transparent – Do not have to remove for diagnostic x-ray or radiation therapy. Does not act as a bolus material, with or without CNSBF.
